Eileen Stow
Member, Management Committee
Eileen Stow was born in Essex, England and came to Macau in 1993, to assist her brother, Andrew with the expansion of his own “Lord Stow’s Bakery”. Eileen’s earlier experience in a family-run outside catering company proved beneficial to the bakery which, at the time, had begun to become famous for its little egg tarts, that Andrew had created 3 years earlier. Now of international repute, Lord Stow’s Bakery employs over 100 staff locally and has franchise operations in 4 areas of Asia.
After 15 years in the British Music Business, Eileen brought a breadth of experience to the family business, including that of Company Secretary, PR & Event Management, Printing & Publishing, as well as Government lobbying. Eileen also has a working knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights.
On arrival here, Eileen used her event skills to assist in raising funds for the charity arm of the International Ladies Club of Macau and has assisted BBAM in firmly establishing its Annual Ball into the social calendar of Macau, as well as stamping her mark on other BBAM events.
